The film tells the story of the love that develops between a young man and woman who both happen to be patients in a mental hospital. The girl suffers from hallucinations and is under the delusion that she is a combat cyborg. She falls in love with a boy who believes he can steal people"s souls with a machine he has invented.

Entirely difference from the vengence "trilogy" in the past, Director Pak"s "Cyborg" is a cheerful movie. Director Pak Chan-wook repeatedly states: "This is a children"s movie, using surrealistic acting and story-telling methods to portray a desire to escape. Film-makers who have seen the script say that this is entirely different from Pak"s previous work. It is very uplifting.

"Cyborg" speaks of a love story which happened in a mental institution between a girl, Young-gun, who believes strongly that she"s a robot, and a boy, Il-sun, who thinks it"s quite all right that Young-gun is a robot. It"s the initial romantic midi of Director Pak. Young-gun is very careful when eating. She faces the automated vending machine alone, stand straight up, talks to the light and have other unique actions. Il-sun fears as he risk losing himself while going around to steal people"s characters and speciality.

Director Pak walks around with lively pictures of Im Soo Jung and Jeong JiHoon in his notebook, then goes around showing them to people like a proud father. 6 out of 45 scenes have been completed.

Jihoon visits Vietnam on 8th of June, at a stadium in Ho Chih Minh to participate MNET and some Hallyu performance put together by local entrepreneurs. He"ll also hold a press conference on that day. JYP said, "Rain has received many invitations, but none worked out eventually. This is the first time he is meeting Vietnam fans. Rain has been running on a hectic schedule lately because of his filming commitments in Korea and Single promotional activities in Japan. He departs for Vietnam on the morning of 8th June and returns the next day. He"ll be going to Japan on the 13th of June, having his fan-meeting on 15 and 16th. Tentatively, he is set to return to Korea on the 19th.
