Jihoon went for his Giordano photoshoot on the 17th. Some Korean fan saw a sweaty Jihoon through the JYPE glass window, his hair glistening wet...(practising his dance?)

This account is about the photoshoot a few days ago. This fan is a sculpture artist

I reached the place at 11am. After Jihoon and Donggun arrived separately, they went into the make-up van to get ready.

I went there with my apprentice. As my contact person in Giordano was late, we waited for a while.
Not long after, Jihoon and Donggun came on. The charisma of these two are sure knock-outs.
Jihoon is like a hungry wolf, and Donggun is like a luxurious black peacock.
They changed into 6 outfits throughout the shoot. The one that they wore are the black t-shirt and jeans assemble on the poster now.

The photographer chose a few runway songs. Jihoon made some poses along with the rhythm; free and relaxed, but at the same time, charged with a feel of intensity.

At the beginning, the two didn"t have much to day. Later, it felt like the two were having a showdown of power. Donggun has a lot of experience shooting CF, so his postures were all executed perfectly. Jihoon"s movements were like flowing water, very comfortable.

When Jihoon is having his shoot, Donggun watched from the side. When Donggun was doing his dhoot, Jihoon observed from his end.

After an hour, the atmosphere began to warm up as the crew familiarised with each other.
When Jihoon was resting, I had a chat with his assistant. They did not know that Giordano was planning to make the statues. When I was explaining, Jihoon didn"t seem to be listening, but at the same time, he looked like he had heard all I said.

I took out the booklet from my last exhibition and explained to the assistant. :ater, I found out that Jihoon had a look at it too. I forgot to say hi to Jihoon.

Jihoon"s assistant went over to talk to Donggun"s assistant and explained the situation. Donggun"s assistant looked at me warily at first.

I took out the head figure of Donggun which I was working on from my box and explained to him. Then I thick-skinnedly started to work on the head figure from the one end of the table.

I"ve done Jihoon"s statue many times now, and have seen him in the flesh during the concert, the fan-meeting. But I"ve only seen Donggun on the screen. Now that I see him today, he does look different when off the screen.

I was concentrating on fixing the head figure, when someone beside me spoke:
"Now, even without looking at my face, you can make my head figure, can"t you?"
I had a shock, lifted my head to look. It"s a guy who exude a brilliance, a halo on his head. I was so nervous, I can"t remember what I said. According to the person beside me, I answered, "Yes, but it would be better if I"m looking at your face."
The shiny Jihoon asked, "How many times have you done it now? Three times?"
I answered, "Should be four or five times."

Now to think of it, Jihoon must have thought I was doing his head figure, later to realise it"s not him and was a little shocked.

Jihoon may have wanted others to hear our conversation. He must be feeling very proud. Because it"s his fans...

What a cute young man.

The shoot continued. Lunch was in a small eatery nearby. I had cold noodles, and I think Jihoon had BBQ meat.

When he was doing the shoot with Donggun, they couldn"t find the right chemistry in the beginning, and their cooperation looked a little unnatural.
But as the shoot continued, their shoot together began to look very good.
After a long shot, when the formal shooting ended, we had a short photography session, and took pictutres from many different angles. I had a chance to photograph Jihoon"s face, but my apprentice was a professional photographer, so I let him do it.

In the mean time, I took out Jihoon"s head figure and began to make some changes. There seemed to be some changes to his nose. It used to be a little crooked, but with the beauty of youthfulness. Now, the nose look straighter and has the appearance of a real man. Each had its charisma.

Because I was concentrating on my work, someone told me later that every time Jihoon passed by, he had to take a glance.

It"s tiring to finish a piece of full-figure statue in a month, and to complete two by September is very exhausting.
To me, watching Jihoon do his shoot is resting. It is my source of energy to get by this hot summer.

The CF filming started today.

I"ll just write about this today. When I have time in future, I"ll slowly fill you in with the details, and post up some pictures that was taken today (can"t do that now because of the contractual agreement).

P/S: During the shoot, Jihoon was diligently looking at some materials in English, and conversing with his assistant in English. Now to think of it, was he memorizing his lyrics for the Japanese album?

Jihoon is too busy. He doesn"t have time rest at all. Makes one heart ache when I see this.
