Decreasing Image Quality after Upload

  |    hello admin, I just want to ask a question about uploading process.I uploaded a wallpaper today http://www.showwallpaper.com/show.php?wid=084698 and after i preview the image i noticed something unusual.My uploaded photos is a little bit blur and not sharped specially the text...My original jpg. upload is about 1 mb and after i download the uploaded picture its only 418 kb..Did the website compressed the image?I try to upload the wallpaper again few times but still it looks downgrade.here is the Image i noticed:  THE ORIGINAL 1 MB wallpaper:   |
